Adam Fleming

Adam is an Administrative Assistant at Snowbirds Wealth Management, where he plays a vital role in delivering a personalized experience to clients. Adam’s journey with the team began as a co-op student. He transitioned into a full-time position and is currently working toward his U.S. securities license as he pursues a long-term career as a Financial Advisor.

Adam is actively completing his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Brand Management & Consumer Insights at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). He has also earned a diploma in Digital Design & Development from BCIT, giving him a strong foundation in both business strategy and the evolving digital landscape.

Before joining the financial services industry, Adam spent six years at the Vancouver Golf Club, where he served as a Senior Backshop Supervisor. That experience helped him develop strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a solid understanding of what it takes to deliver great service.

Born and raised in Port Coquitlam, Adam is proud to remain in the Tri-Cities community. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active through hockey, golf, and running. His passion for sports and continuous self-improvement parallels his professional drive—always pushing to learn more.

As Adam works toward his licensing and expands his role within the firm, he remains committed to building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate the complexities of cross-border wealth management with care and clarity.
